Cannot get them to answer their emailsI have a problem with a 16s BMS and contacted their support and they got back with me quickly and wanted me to send some pics and I did but its been a few days with follow up emails and I can't get a response from anyone.

Out of This WorldThe quality of these solar products is out of this world! The 100ah Lithium-Iron-Phosphate (LiFePo4) Cell is a true gem. I feel like I'm living in the future.

The iPhone app and Android app are both very helpful, and the USB module to PC/desktop application is a great way to keep track of my DIY solar projects.

Impressive Battery Management SystemThe 4s BMS 120a LifePo4 with M6 Threaded Terminals from this company is hands down the best battery management system I've used for my DIY battery assembly. It's easy to install, and the M6 threaded terminals make it very convenient for connecting to my LiFePo4 cells. Plus, it can handle up to 120 amps of continuous charge, which is perfect for my needs.
